Which domain registrar can I use? Back To Top
Usually any one you prefer.
In some instances, we may need you to open an account at the domain’s current registrar to complete the transfer in the event the domain has a registrar lock on it – registrar locks are placed on a domain when it is initially registered, anytime it changes hands or moves registrars, or the registered owner on the whois file changes. Registrar locks are 60 days. This is standard for all registrars.
If it’s vital a domain must be transferred to a specific registrar, just ask ahead of time to be sure it isn’t under any lock to prevent any unnecessary delays.
Can I cancel my order? Back To Top
You may request an order cancellation under the following circumstances:
Your order is less than 3 days old
The domain(s) you are purchasing have not been unlocked and authorization code sent to you
The domain has not been moved into your own domain management account
